BJJ Bingo (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to our website and app. It does not cover third-party services you may access through links or integrations.

Information we collect

Account data: email and profile information you provide.
Support communications: messages you send through our contact form or support email.
Newsletter opt-ins: your email address and signup context when you subscribe to updates.
App usage: game history, goals, favorites, and related in-app activity.
Technical & log data: basic device/browser information and server logs (for reliability, security, and debugging).
Payments: subscription status identifiers (Stripe customer/subscription IDs). We do not store full payment card details.
AI inputs: if you use AI features, we may process your prompt and related context to produce suggestions. Avoid including sensitive personal information in AI prompts.

How we use information

Provide and improve the product.
Authenticate users and secure accounts.
Operate subscriptions and prevent abuse (e.g., basic rate limiting).
Respond to support requests and account questions.
Send product updates and newsletters when you opt in.
Provide AI-powered suggestions when you use AI features.
Measure performance and reliability (e.g., analytics).

Data retention

We generally retain account and in-app data for as long as your Account is active so we can provide the Service. If you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify your data where feasible, subject to legal, billing, and security requirements. We may retain limited information in backups and logs for a period of time as part of normal operations.

Cookies & analytics

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember security and privacy preferences. Optional marketing attribution parameters (UTM tags) are stored in a short-lived cookie only after you allow analytics, so we can understand which campaigns lead to signups or purchases.

Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics remain off until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can choose “Essential only” or reopen “Privacy choices” at any time. Withdrawing analytics consent reloads the page without the optional telemetry paths; essential account functions remain available.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate the service, such as:

Supabase for authentication and database storage.
Stripe for subscription billing.
Vercel for hosting and performance analytics.
Sentry for privacy-limited error monitoring and service reliability diagnostics.
Email providers to send support replies and newsletter updates.
OpenAI to process AI feature requests and return AI-generated suggestions.

AI note: If you use AI features, your prompt content may be sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information in AI prompts.

Your choices

Update your profile and account details in the app.
Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any newsletter email.
Request account deletion by emailing support@bjjbingo.com.
