Summary

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of BJJ Bingo (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Definitions. “Account” means your BJJ Bingo user account. “Pro” means a paid subscription plan that unlocks additional features and higher usage limits. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to BJJ Bingo.

Accounts

You’re responsible for your Account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You may not use the Service to access or attempt to access data that isn’t yours, or to violate any applicable laws.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe.

• Renewal: Subscriptions generally renew automatically unless you cancel.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. Unless otherwise stated in the product, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Trials: If we offer a trial, it may require a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you’ll be charged at the start of the next billing period.
• Taxes: Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout when applicable.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, access to Pro features may be limited until billing is resolved.

Refunds (30-day money-back guarantee)

Pro purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, email support@bjjbingo.com within 30 days of purchase and include your account email and the approximate date of the charge. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
• Don’t attempt to access data that isn’t yours.
• Don’t reverse engineer the Service or abuse rate limits.
• Don’t use automated means to scrape, crawl, or bulk export the Service unless we explicitly allow it.
• Don’t upload or submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bay County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

BJJ training involves risk. The service provides tracking and informational features and is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BJJ Bingo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
